At Guttify, we strive to deliver high-quality wellness products and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of health supplements, we follow a strict but fair return and cancellation policy. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Items purchased during sales, offers, or promotions (unless defective)
• Orders canceled after dispatch (refer cancellation section)

3. Return Request Process
To request a return, customers must:
Email guttify01@gmail.com with:

• Order ID
• Clear images or videos of the issue
• Reason for return

Once approved, Guttify will arrange a pickup or request the customer to ship the product back.
All returned products will undergo quality inspection before approval of refund or replacement.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days after approval
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• If the return does not meet policy requirements, the product will be sent back without refund

5. Order Cancellation Policy (Important)

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

Exception (Genuine Cases Only):
In rare and genuine cases, cancellation may be considered after dispatch at the sole discretion of Guttify.
If approved:

• Only 50% of the order value will be refunded
• The decision on what qualifies as a genuine reason will be made by Guttify after discussion with the customer
