1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Items purchased during promotions or sales (unless defective).

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request the item to be shipped back.
  • After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be credited within 7-10 Business Days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return does not meet policy requirements, the item will be sent back without a refund.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • If already shipped, customers must follow the return process.
